Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver expert customer service in the beauty zone. You will share the latest beauty trends, advise on products, and drive sales through engaging conversations and promotions.

You will support merchandising, events, and promotions while maintaining a clean, well-stocked zone. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

Qualifications

• Sales-focused with ability to upsell and advise customers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak hours
• Experience with beauty products or sales programs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty advice to customers in the beauty zone
• Explain product usage and benefits and promote CVS promotions
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials
• Keep area clean, stocked and compliant with hygiene standards
• Assist in in-store events and sales programs to close sales
