CVS Health's beauty retail division is seeking a Sales Consultant who loves beauty and delivering great customer experiences. You will greet customers in the beauty zone, advise on products, upsell and build personalized baskets while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Maintain displays, support promotions, participate in trainings, and help drive sales goals. This full-time role requires a flexible retail schedule and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Sales oriented and customer-focused.
• Ability to use sales data with product knowledge to hit sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Goal-driven with ability to multi-task.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible retail schedule including peak hours.
• Willing to perform ear-piercing services (training provided).
• Some stores require bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
