CVS Health is looking for a Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver expert beauty advice and personalized service in-store. You will drive sales through effective upselling, educate customers on product usage, and participate in in-store events and promotions.

You will maintain displays and a clean beauty zone, work flexible retail hours, and help achieve sales budgets while staying compliant with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience with customer service orientation.
• Ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Goal-driven with ability to multi-task.
• Flexible retail schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Must demonstrate ability and willingness to perform ear-piercing services (training provided).
• In some stores bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable beauty sales service to customers.
• Build a personalized, robust basket for each customer.
• Explain product usage and benefits and promote CVS beauty programs.
• Maintain displays, end caps, and promotional materials.
• Meet sales budgets and participate in trainings and events.
• Keep the beauty zone clean, stocked, and compliant with hygiene standards.
