Qualifications

• Sales oriented and able to upsell with product knowledge.
• Able to use sales data to meet goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to perform ear-piercing services (training provided).
• In some CVS stores, bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Preferred: prior beauty sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable sales service to every client in the beauty zone.
• Upsell and build personalized baskets for customers.
• Educate customers on product usage and benefits.
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked beauty zone and adhere to hygiene standards.
