Job summary

Kohl’s Sephora at Kohl’s in Middletown, NJ is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty, engaging clients with a consultative approach, and delivering an excellent in-store experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

Must have a genuine passion for beauty and the ability to engage clients with a consultative approach.
Experience in client-facing retail or service industry roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.
Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and upselling products.
Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
Inspire clients through product demos and applications to drive sales.
Complete required training to expand knowledge.
Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets and tester maintenance.
Support omni-processing within the department and inventory management from receipt to sale.
Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
