Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic passion for beauty and a consultative approach, helping clients identify needs while delivering an excellent in-store experience. You will maintain knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards in line with Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Experience delivering customer service in retail or service sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence customers.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demos and demonstrations.
