Edwards Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at Village Pointe in Omaha, NE is seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter. The role will handle all incoming email and phone leads from customers interested in purchasing vehicles.

This is a salaried, full-time, in-person position with performance bonuses and a strong emphasis on professional communication and customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing internet leads, responding professionally, scheduling appointments, and CRM-based reporting.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to follow call scripts and handle objections over the phone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task is required.
• Self motivated and goal oriented.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
• Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center).
• Help schedule appointments and rescheduled missed appointments.
• Monitor leads in CRM for reporting purposes.
• Set customers up to come into the dealership, where a Sales specialist will guide them through the buying process.
• Sell yourself, the dealer ship, and the experience of shopping with Edwards GM location.
