Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage customers in national home improvement retail stores in Westminster, MD. Flexible hours with weekend availability; Part-Time & Full-Time opportunities; earn $20-$22/hour plus uncapped commission and incentives.

No HVAC experience required; abundant training, paid time off, insurance options after 31 days, and a path to HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability required.
• Reliable transportation to and from store locations.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the brand.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check per law.

• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Blue Dot brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
