Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators in New Freedom, PA. Represent HVAC/plumbing services inside national home improvement stores, speaking with customers about upgrades, air quality, and energy savings, and generating leads for free in-home consultations or tune-ups.

We offer weekly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, flexible part-time and full-time schedules, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance representing the Blue Dot brand.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.

Qualifications

What You Need:

• You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:
• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Blue Dot brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
