Job summary

Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to drive HVAC and plumbing upgrades in national home improvement retail stores. You’ll speak with customers, generate leads for free in-home consultations, and schedule service appointments with industry experts taking over from there.

No HVAC experience is required; we’re seeking outgoing, customer-minded people who can stand for shifts and work flexible hours, with weekly pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

As an In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator, you will:

Qualifications

What You Need:

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Blue Dot brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
