The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Seamstress/Tailor to support in-store alterations and hemming of jeans and pants, helping to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

The role involves performing quality alterations, following guest specifications, and meeting deadlines. It requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related sewing experience.
• Experience with sewing, fittings, and alterations is a plus.
• Ability to perform alterations accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality alterations on merchandise at store location.
• Follow ticket instructions and markings based on Guest specifications.
• Accommodate Guests with on-the-spot alterations when requested by Store Leaders.
• Meet deadlines and Guest expectations for merchandise alterations.
