Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Seamstress/Tailor to support in-store alterations, including hemming jeans and pants, to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

Responsibilities include performing quality alterations, following ticket instructions, accommodating guests with on-the-spot alterations, and meeting deadlines. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to Buckle policies.

Qualifications

• Must have sewing/alteration skills or training.
• Experience with hemming jeans and pants is a plus.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to work in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality alterations on merchandise at store location.
• Follow ticket instructions and markings based on Guest specifications.
• Accommodate Guests with on the spot alterations when requested by Store Leaders.
• Meet deadlines and Guest expectations for merchandise alterations.
