Job summary

Tri-Supply in Beaumont, TX is expanding its showroom and seeking an experienced inside sales specialist to identify customers’ needs and guide them to the right lighting, hardware, and home improvement products. The role suits a proactive retail salesperson who enjoys working with homeowners, builders, and designers.

You will work in a large showroom environment, maintain knowledge of brands, and follow up to close sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education a plus.
• 2–3 years in retail lighting sales preferred.
• Experience with homeowners, builders, designers; ability to guide customers.
• Comfort in showroom environment and POS systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and lead them to the right products.
• Guide customers to purchase and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow up with potential clients to close sales.
• Assist in new home lighting selections.
• Maintain knowledge of 30+ lighting brands and trends.
