Job summary

The Kendall Group Lighting Center seeks a Lighting Sales Consultant to build positive customer relationships by delivering excellent service and selling a range of lighting products. You will merchandise accessories, price items, and keep the showroom neat while driving sales and profitability.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling calls, and supporting company growth targets. Prior showroom sales experience is preferred; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience with MS Office; strong computer and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting or calling in.
• Sell a wide variety of lighting products to customers visiting or calling in.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the showroom floor.
• Merchandise new accessories and price them as required.
• Maintain quality service by adhering to Kendall Group policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
