Job summary

Tri-Supply's Beaumont, TX location is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations of a Home Improvement team and drive sales growth. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and developing staff, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting targets in a fast-paced store environment with both in-store and digital channels.

You will collaborate with department directors, review sales reports, manage inventory cycles, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years manager experience, preferably in sales.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to train others.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
• Experience with inventory and sales analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a team of sales representatives.
• Collaborate with department directors to meet goals.
• Coach sales team to improve communication and training.
• Develop, train, evaluate and monitor staff performance.
• Coordinate projects to meet sales and inventory deadlines.
