Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC seeks a Classroom Assistant (IA) to support students with special needs in Marlborough, MA schools. The role involves instructional support, behavior reinforcement, and helping implement IEP goals under supervision.

Under the guidance of certified staff, you will prepare materials, monitor student progress, and assist with transfers, grooming, and basic care needs as required. This is an opportunity to contribute to a dedicated educational team.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 48 undergraduate credits required.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish and/or Portuguese) and bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) required for EL Paras.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students individually or in small groups under the direction of certified staff.
• Assist with IEP goals and progress monitoring.
• Prepare and adapt lessons and activities as directed by teachers.
• Supervise and assist with student hygiene and mobility as needed.
• Maintain student records and assist with assessments and materials.
