Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for paraprofessional role.
• One of: Associate degree or 48 semester/72 quarter hours or ParaPro exam.
• Ability to assist with instructional goals and student records.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students individually or in small groups under certificated staff direction.
• Assist with IEP goals implementation and progress monitoring.
• Plan, prepare, and assemble homework activities for students.
• Supervise students on playgrounds and during recess activities.
• Assist with basic classroom hygiene and safety procedures as needed.
