Job summary

Minibar North America Inc. is seeking an In-Room Refreshment Center Attendant to operate the minibar department in a Charleston, SC hotel. You will restock minibars, record sales, and maintain clean, organized minibar areas to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are English-speaking, physically fit, and able to handle FIFO restocking, daily inventories, and issue reporting to hotel management. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with standard hotel hours and a focus on guest

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must speak English.
• Able to read computer-generated reports.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Strong sense of order, alertness and attentiveness.
• Able to work 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit for standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Open procedures in Minibar System and inventory management.
• Restock minibars following FIFO.
• Keep restocking carts and Minibar Office area clean.
• Move carts room-to-room during daily refill.
• Restock 140–160 minibars per day (70–80 per half-day).
• Audit rooms, record sales and discrepancies with handheld unit.
• Ensure minibar accessories and promotional materials are present.
• Report maintenance issues to management.
• Maintain product freshness and rotate stock to prevent waste.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
