Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of basic hotel operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording charges.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests.
• Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and the mini bar storage areas.
• Provide professional and exceptional service.
• Restock all in-room mini bars with beverages, snacks, and amenities according to par levels.
• Verify consumption and accurately post charges to guest accounts using the hotel’s system.
• Inspect mini bar equipment to ensure proper functionality, cleanliness, and temperature control.
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and remove expired or damaged items.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional mini bar items or replacements.
• Maintain inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and handling procedures for food and beverages.
