Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year barback experience or Tao Group Hospitality experience
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge preferred
• Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Stock bar with supplies and restock as needed
• Assist bartenders and servers to ensure fast, high-quality service
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, bar area, and venue
• Support team members and follow supervisor instructions
• Set up bar stations and perform opening/closing procedures
• Handle garnishes and beverage prep as required
• Report breakage or damages to management
• Attend daily pre-service meetings and trainings
