The Sunny Hotel, managed by Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Mini Bar Attendant in Sunny Isles Beach to ensure guest rooms are stocked, clean, and inviting. You will offer personalized recommendations, maintain inventory, and support front desk and housekeeping to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have a friendly, detail-oriented approach and basic math skills, with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for inventory management.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and mini bar operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and restock mini bars in guest rooms on a regular basis.
• Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of mini bar areas.
• Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions to guests based on their preferences.
• Monitor and track inventory levels, and place orders for replenishment as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Keep accurate records of mini bar activity and report any discrepancies to management.
