Job summary

Pendry Park City, part of Montage International, is seeking servers to craft personalized guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will engage guests, recommend menu items, and ensure timely service while upholding high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior Micros or other systems experience is a plus.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections, provide recommendations and answer questions about ingredients and preparation methods.
• Take orders accurately and record special requests for the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, clear plates, offer desserts or coffee.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Promote menu items, specials, and promotions using suggestive selling techniques.
• Follow cleaning and safety standards.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments.
