Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven Regular Full-Time Room Service Server to join our In-Room Dining team. You will welcome guests, take orders, prepare trays, and ensure timely, accurate delivery with a warm, personalized touch.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in service, NM certifications, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, navigate stairs, and work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls, take orders and requests, and prepare trays with a strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Act as a confident problem solver in guest and team interactions, delivering exceptional hospitality, accommodating special requests, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the MICROS system.
• Deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner, using your genuine and authentic personality to create a memorable in-room dining experience.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the IRD area, including inventory management.
• Adapt quickly to change and multitask effectively, assisting the IRD team and supporting other F&B outlets as needed.
