Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a Regular Full-Time Steward (Dishwasher) to join our kitchen team. You will maintain cleanliness of dishware and work areas, assist with equipment setup, and help ensure smooth banquet operations in a luxury resort setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality, the ability to stand long shifts and lift up to 40 lbs, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service industry experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Ability to stand and walk around for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, equipment, and work areas in compliance with Four Seasons standards
• Assist with equipment setup in the kitchen and staff cantina and ensure proper cleaning and organization
• Support banquet operations by assisting with food expediting in alignment with established production and quality standards
• Promote a safe work environment by ensuring all kitchen floor areas are clean, properly marked with safety signage, and free from hazards
