Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World is seeking a Ravello Server Assistant to support our on-site, modern Italian cuisine restaurant. This temporary, full-time role covers a three-month period with potential extension, roughly September 2026 through January 2027.

The candidate must be fluent in English, able to work weekends/holidays, and have legal US work authorization. Join our AAA Five Diamond property and contribute to a culture of exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Food & Beverage is required.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a large team.
• Demonstrates a sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers and bartenders with serving, setup and clearing of china, glass and silver.
• Polish glassware and stock the bar/lounge with appropriate glassware and linens.
• Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions.
