Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, a AAA Five Diamond property, seeks an In-Room Dining Server (Temporary) to deliver exceptional guest experiences in guest rooms or suites. This three-month assignment may extend based on business needs and runs from September 2026 through December 1, 2026.

The role requires 1–2 years of Food & Beverage or Room Service experience, fluent English, and the ability to work weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.

The Opportunity:

In-Room Dining Server (Temporary)

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can provide guests with a wonderful In-Room Dining experience in the comfort and convenience of a guest room or suite who has 1–2 years of Food & Beverage or Room Service experience. The In-Room Dining Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our ever-discriminating guests.

This is a temporary full-time position intended to cover a three-month period with potential extension or permanent placement based on business need.

The estimated timeframe of this contract is September 2026 to December 1, 2026.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items and information regarding preparation methods


• Assist and serve food, drinks, and amenities to guest rooms and suites


• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction

What You Bring:

• 1-2 years experience as In-Room Dining Server or similar role


• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.


• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.


• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.


• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.


• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
