Four Seasons Las Vegas is seeking an In-Room Dining Assistant Manager to oversee all facets of the Room Service and Private Bar Department. The Manager will supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain par stocks and inventory control.

We value strong Food and Beverage experience, a thorough knowledge of guest service, cost and labor controls, merchandising, and accounting. A college degree is preferred, and prior related supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• One to two years of previous employment in a related position.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong F&B experience and guest service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the Room Service and Private Bar Department.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency of food and beverage service.
• Direct the work of Room Service staff; manage inventory and par stocks.
• Hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining staff.
• Cost controls, labor controls, and adherence to standards.
