FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta seeks a dynamic In-Room Dining Coordinator to lead our in-room dining team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll coordinate room-service delivery, assist with menu selections, and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in room service or a similar role in hospitality.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including dietary restrictions and allergens.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of in-room dining servers to provide prompt and personalized service to our guests.
• Coordinate the delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in menu selection, taking special requests, and providing recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceed guest expectations.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene in all aspects of room service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Train and mentor room service staff, fostering a positive and motivated team environment.
• Assist in inventory management, order placement, and cost control measures.
