FORTH Hotel and Club – Atlanta’s Most Exciting Destination is seeking an In-Room Dining Coordinator to lead room service teams and ensure prompt, personalized delivery to guests in a dynamic, luxurious setting.

You will coordinate food and beverage delivery, assist with menu selections, and collaborate with the kitchen to exceed guest expectations while maintaining high cleanliness and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in room service or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including dietary restrictions and allergens.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of in-room dining servers to provide prompt and personalized service to our guests
• Coordinate the delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Assist in menu selection, taking special requests, and providing recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceed guest expectations
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene in all aspects of room service
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
• Train and mentor room service staff, fostering a positive and motivated team environment
• Assist in inventory management, order placement, and cost control measures
