Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in similar kitchen/hotel operations.
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds and stand up to 8 hours per shift.
• Knowledge of basic knife skills and common cooking techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest order following recipes and standards.
• Set up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Rotate perishables and ensure proper storage temperatures.
• Check par levels and note shortages for shift prep.
• Assist in prep work for the next shift.
