Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Collection is looking for a Cook II at The Cooper to prepare guest orders per recipes and production standards in a safe, sanitary kitchen environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in kitchen/hotel operations.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consistent quality food and pastry items according to guest orders following recipe cards and production standards.
• Complete setup for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment (deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, etc.).
• Rotate perishables and check par levels; note shortages.
• Assist in prep work for the next shift.
