Job summary

Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club in Dana Point, CA, part of Hilton, is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team at the resort.

You will oversee daily operations across outlets, drive guest satisfaction, develop talent, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while delivering memorable experiences that reflect Hilton's light and warmth.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policies.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences; monitor service and product quality, address issues, and identify opportunities to improve the dining experience.
• Inspire and develop the team; supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct evaluations and provide development opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth; implement marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotions to maximize food & beverage sales.
• Recruit and onboard talent; lead hiring, conduct interviews, and train new team members to maintain high service standards.
• Uphold regulatory standards; ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulation compliance.
