• Communicate special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergy information to the kitchen and service team.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up and present orders according to hotel service standards.
• Verify order accuracy and guest satisfaction upon delivery.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally.
