Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly while maintaining presentation and temperature.
• Set up trays and dining areas in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and hotel policies for accurate recommendations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and room service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with billing and payment processing as required.
