Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a public-facing hospitality role.
• State minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Clear communication with guests, management, and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training (TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food and beverage orders to guest rooms per hotel specifications.
• Maintains the Room Service area and equipment.
• Ensures compliance with daily F&B operational procedures.
• Communicates with General Manager and other department managers and staff.
• Maintains flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Other duties as assigned.
