Job summary

Shaner Hotels at Playa Largo Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection in the Florida Keys is seeking a Restaurant / Food & Beverage team member to join our luxury waterfront property. You will serve beverages and light meals, maintain outlet cleanliness, and support daily operations with a team dedicated to guest excellence.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in restaurant or F&B, strong guest communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in Restaurant / Food & Beverage.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• High school graduate or equivalent; some college helpful.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare, and serve beverages and light meals to guests, courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain stock, supplies, and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ensure compliance with daily operational procedures by the Food & Beverage Department.
• Maintain safety and quality according to hotel and brand specifications.
• Communicate with General Manager and other managers and staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
