Responsibilities

• Set up orders and deliver to rooms within 20-30 minutes.
• Develop knowledge of menus, dish and glassware service to assist guests as needed.
• Follow tray setup for all orders including silverware, napkins, condiments, beverages, and special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of service standards for beer, liquor and wine and comply with laws.
• Return check and payment to cashier; follow up after 5-10 minutes to ensure satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
