You will learn the menu and service standards, ensuring accurate tray setups and timely delivery while upholding guest satisfaction and professionalism.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work in an office environment and use computer systems.
• Physical ability to lift/move 10–25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up orders and deliver to rooms within 20–30 minutes.
• Develop knowledge of menus, service, and dishware to serve guests.
• Follow tray setup with silverware, napkins, condiments, beverages, and requests.
• Ensure service standards for beer, liquor and wine in compliance with laws.
• Return payment to cashier and check guest satisfaction after 5–10 minutes.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations.
