Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Boston seeks an Assistant Restaurant, Bars, & Experiences Manager to oversee the Restaurants, Bars, & Experiences division with a focus on In-Room Dining. You will ensure service standards and policy execution across Banquets and In-Room Dining.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in luxury hospitality, proven leadership in a high-volume setting, and strong English communication. This role reports to the Director of Restaurants, Bars, & Experiences and offers a

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role; luxury hospitality preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage change in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise In-Room Dining team including Order Takers, Servers, and Minibar Attendants; manage schedules, payroll, and labor costs.
• Supervise Banquets team; provide schedule and payroll coverage as needed.
• Conduct audits of table arrangements, service stations, food quality, and service standards; correct deviations.
• Train division staff; identify opportunities and coach.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new colleagues.
• Collaborate with third-party outlets, F&B division, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
