TTI, Inc. is seeking an In-Plant Warehouse Coordinator at our Fort Wayne, IN location.

The In-Plant Warehouse Coordinator provides exceptional customer service and warehouse support at an on-site customer warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving inventory, fulfilling customer orders, handling business inquiries, coordinating special requests, resolving issues, and acting as a point of contact for a strategic customer.

Accountabilities
  • Verify and expedite customer orders for accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Check product availability, confirm manufacturer details, and communicate stock status via phone and email using Express and Access databases.
  • Coordinate with Material Acquisition Specialists and Managers on product issues and alternate parts.
  • Assist with the Daily Audit process, stock checks, and inventory management to ensure quality and prevent suspect parts.
  • Support the Total Quality process by following established policies and procedures.
  • Build customer rapport, process return authorizations, and manage shipping returns.
  • Manage pick lists, ensure parts are moved, labeled, and entered correctly into various systems, and deliver parts to designated locations.
  • Perform monthly cycle counts, physical inventories, and stock updates.
  • Handle excess inventory, suspect parts, and stock check requests, communicating anomalies as needed.
  • Create and update bin locations, coordinate manual releases, and perform other related duties.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED with 6 months of relevant experience, preferably in electronics components support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate level recommended).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and routine business correspondence skills.
  • Basic math skills for measurement units.

This role requires access to hardware subject to ITAR regulations, and candidates must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR.
