Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford & Cecil Counties in Havre de Grace, MD, is seeking a part-time program aide to plan and implement daily activities across our youth programs, under the direction of the branch manager. This non-exempt, in-person role pays $15 per hour and requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and basic math skills to support members and families.

Responsibilities

Accurately promote the club and programs to potential club members and their families.
Plan activities with direction from the branch manager and/or program coordinator.
Lead daily activities including program implementation, organization of assigned rooms, ensuring daily plans are followed by club kids and staff.
Ability to build and maintain positive and professional relations with youth and their parents, when necessary.
Assist in all areas of club operations as requested by the area manager.
Regularly attend, participate in training and staff meetings.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward the positive qualities of the work environment.
