Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford & Cecil Counties is seeking a part-time program aide to plan and implement daily youth activities at our Elkton site. You will support program coordinators, promote club programs, and help maintain a positive, engaging environment for members and their families.

Responsibilities include leading daily activities, coordinating with staff, and participating in trainings. Prior experience with youth programs is helpful; strong interpersonal and organizational skills are

Responsibilities

• Plan activities with direction from the branch manager and/or program coordinator.
• Lead daily activities and ensure plans are followed by youth and staff.
• Promote the club and programs to potential members and families.
• Maintain positive relationships with youth and parents when necessary.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; support club operations as needed.
