This role emphasizes learner-centered teaching, flexibility, and cultural awareness to support real-world communication in workplace settings. You will collaborate with program staff, employers, and learners to tailor curricula, assess progress, and ensure a positive, respectful classroom experience.

Qualifications

• Plan and deliver contextualized English language instruction for adult learners.
• Assess learners’ progress and provide feedback to learners and staff.
• Collaborate with employers and staff to align curriculum with workplace needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum tailored to employer partners and programs.
• Assess learners’ skills and progress using program tools and provides feedback.
• Integrate workplace-specific vocabulary and scenarios to strengthen job-related communication.
• Create a supportive, respectful classroom environment that fosters participation and skill-building.
• Track attendance, learner progress, and submit required reports on time.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure program quality and alignment with employer needs.
