Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Work Based Learning Coordinator for the North St. Paul, MN area. This in-person, full-time role supports a transition program for students ages 18-21 and coordinates on-the-job training opportunities.

The ideal candidate holds a Minnesota Work Based Learning license (PELSB) and a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education or a related field, with prior classroom experience preferred.

Qualifications

• License required: Minnesota Work Based Learning licensed through PELSB.
• Education degree in Education or related field.
• Experience in classroom setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field

Active Minnesota Work Based Learning license through PELSB
