Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Work Based Learning Coordinator for North St. Paul, MN. This full-time, in-person role supports a transition program for students ages 18-21 and coordinates on-the-job training opportunities with school partners.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Work Based Learning license through PELSB.
• Experience working in the classroom setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise on-the-job training opportunities.
• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
