Qualifications

• Minnesota special education teaching license is required.

• Knowledge of due process, vocational rehab referrals, and Pre-ETS.

Responsibilities

• Teach Work-Based Learning Seminar courses and guide IEP-transition goals.
• Coordinate and supervise on/off-campus On-the-Job Training for students.
• Maintain Training Agreements, Plans, and site documentation timely.
• Foster partnerships with vocational rehab services and employers.
• Coordinate career exploration activities and remove employment barriers.
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate on vocational goals with case managers.
