Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a Work Based Learning Coordinator for the North St. Paul, MN area. This in-person, full-time role supports a transition program for students aged 18-21 during the 2026-2027 school year.

You will develop IEP goals and therapy plans, collaborate with teachers and families, and ensure timely documentation and compliance. Licensure through PELSB is required to perform this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or related field.
• Active Minnesota Work Based Learning license through PELSB required.
• Previous classroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
