Arbour Counseling Services, a unit of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Therapeutic Mentor to support youth under 21 with mental health or behavioral challenges. The role combines community-based skill-building with therapy collaboration and documented care in the EHR system.

The position offers mileage reimbursement, a cell phone stipend, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, licensing support, and health plans, with opportunities for growth and leadership training.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience working with youth and families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting individually with youth in the community for Skill Building.
• Coordinate with youth's therapist and guardian to assist in achieving treatment goals.
• Assist youth in building coping, life, social, behavior and emotion management skills.
• Implement therapeutic interventions per therapist treatment plan.
• Coordinate care with collateral contacts.
• Provide telephone coaching and support; complete documentation; attend weekly meetings.
