Job summary

Koch Inc. is seeking Spring 2027 Tax Interns for in-person, full-time opportunities in our Plano, TX office. Interns will work alongside experienced tax professionals, gaining real-world exposure to corporate tax planning, reporting, and software tools.

Applicants should be enrolled in a related field, ready to relocate, and legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel for onboarding and location assignments may be required; VISA sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Interest in corporate taxation planning.
• Available to work a 40-hour week during Spring or Summer 2027.
• Eligible for full-time employment no later than Summer 2028.
• Ability to relocate per program requirements.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and understand the business of assigned entities to assess tax opportunities.
• Attend trainings to gain basic tax knowledge and become familiar with tax software.
• Collaborate with Koch tax professionals on analysis and reporting of business transactions.
• Prepare corporate income tax returns ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Apply concepts learned in the classroom and develop professional skills.
• Enhance communication, time management and analytical abilities.
• Attend onboarding in Wichita, KS; travel may be required for other locations.
