Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related business degree program.
Ability to work full‑time (40 hours per week) in person during the Spring 2028 semester.
Eligible for full‑time employment no later than Summer 2029.
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Build relationships across the business to understand operations and identify tax opportunities.
Participate in training programs that introduce key tax concepts and industry‑leading software.
Partner with tax professionals to analyze business transactions and support strategic decision‑making.
Assist with the preparation of corporate tax returns and compliance with U.S. and international tax regulations.
Apply classroom knowledge to real‑world tax and business challenges.
Strengthen analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills through project work.
Attend onboarding and training in Wichita, KS; travel may be required for interns in Atlanta, GA or Plano, TX.
